Western Canada’s GREENER Way to Repair Asphalt
Health & Safety Program.
At Smartfix, the health and safety of every employee is our top priority. We are dedicated to fostering a safe workplace by demonstrating strong leadership and providing full support for the implementation of our comprehensive Health and Safety Program. Our program is designed to not only meet but exceed industry standards while ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
For our program to succeed, it requires a proactive approach toward accident, injury, and illness prevention from everyone—supervisors and employees alike. Collaboration is key, not just between supervisors and their teams but also among colleagues. By working together, we can create a safety program that benefits all employees.
Our mission is clear—to establish and maintain a Health and Safety Program that prevents workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Our ultimate goal? ZERO accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Together, we can achieve a safer, healthier workplace for everyone.
